I seldom upload shots of myself, so you know how jumbled up/ nostalgic I'm feeling.

So. The holidays have started. Which means more mental torture for me struggling with all the stress.

Yesterday's harmoc concert was better than last year's. I'm happy that Harmoc is improving. The cheering didn't make me annoyed, surprisingly, but it made me happy, and kinda jealous of the VJ culture. Everyone's cheering for everyone else, even if they might not be popular. It doesn't matter. When there was a group or section performance, the cheerings were practically non-stop and would have continued if nobody had started playing.

I feel happy for Manda Gwen and WQ :) Really happy for them. Esp manda, she looks so happy in the group photos. I especially loved the Pirates of the Carribbean piece where them three wore special costumes :) Don't have the pic with me though, cam died. :( Van do you have it?

And the piece called Explosion by the Music Committee was great. One of my favourites which gave me goosebumps. :) Drummer was different, beats were different, but as usual, he was good. Drummers are good. :) (okay sweeping statement but whatever)

I think I didn't get to take pics with manda and gwen and wq. Oh man. Ended up taking group photos with those who went, LOL! :D

Before harmoc concert me van and ft met up at parkway to buy gifts for manda and gwen. Bought them two sunflowers and two mickey oreos :D LOL! I had a photo-frame to give WQ but didn't pass to manda in time! :(

Anyway, before that I was at dhs openhouse. The performances were great! Esp loved the dance one. (yes I crashed the PAC with XQ haha) CO gave me goosebumps with the suona! Omg I nearly cried I swear. Their passion is so evident! :') Live performances are so different from those CDs that play chinese traditional music, especially with DHS CO! Also got to watch symphonic band and the year 5 5-member band play :D Chaoyuan improved a lot I guess. Also watched the year 6 band (dunno what's the name) perform.

And before that, went to a seminar in NUS.

I tried recovering those lost photos from my camera just now, nothing seems to be working.

I can accept the fact that all those photos were gone. But I just can't accept a life without my beloved camera. :'( Now I feel like giving up. Alright, I need a new SD / XD card.

HAPPY YOUTH DAY + INDEPENDENCE DAY! HAHAHA.

first thing in the morning kena shocked by mr lim telling me to go 4A. i thought i offended him cos ytd i asked if we could interview him but forgot to say thanks -.- ended up to be a survey for humanities & arts (like the chi survey some jeremians did a few days ago) win liao lor. i almost died from a heart attack before that can.

after the survey was carnival time! but as usual was too lazy to go see the people play games hahaha. so slacked in the canteen + eat LOL. and there was a booth selling cute stickers hahaha but i couldn't find a cute tigger one if not i'd consider (maybe lah haha)

then zt came and we went around taking pics and scaring people! (who are camera shy) but to no avail. instead we took minimalistic photos and ttg and the parade sq (but my wonky camera deleted them all, only left the berry berry b&w photos) *CRY/MOAN*

the concert was berry berry kewl! and kinda hiphop overload cos like got two performances and quite long heheh. didnt take vids/photos haha. but the first dance was very good and the moves are unique. then got one move like re-living the old bhangra dance times (which they swung people on necks). gosh i love the sliding move it's damn cool i think zenn has been trying to master it for ages (or has alr did) haha.

encore 4G dance from the campfire night :D and teachers dancing + playing as a band. and year 4 band with chaoyuan as lead singer lol. hmm not bad lah much much much better than david mars that damn _. LOL. and yes as usual i loved the drums :D

to all performers/teachers/those who contributed to today in one way or another, thanks for putting up a great concert and esp the teachers i bet they feel humiliated performing in front of us LOL. thanks a lot! it was great.

after the concert we went to interview mr lim at the TA office lab there. haha shit i think the angle a bit wrong :S but should be using more of the other angle. blah stupid. this time really have to put subtitles cos no mike T_T thanks mr lim! hahaha he keep giving too professional advice like must have lighting equipment, tripod, whatever. erm lighting equipment? we're not mediacorp leh T_T

so everything's kinda settled for now (or NOT). chem article, chem test, LA test, LA film, chi ws, chi performance (zomg two of each subject). that's all i hopeeeeee.

OMG HARMOC CONCERT WAS LOVE (L)!

gosh i missed 20 mins of the performance ): and on the way had some communication probs with zy. sorry for not being able to take the same bus as you, girl ): first time being so late for smth! haha. then we practically flew up the stairs to the 3rd floor. their concert hall is so lovely (:

didn't know harmonicas could be so lovely and nice and great in an ensemble. cos my dad and sis play the harmoc for fun at home, and i think it just sounds so-so. but in all i want is you the singer Barry plays the harmonica (:

saw manda and wq in the group performance, then was looking all around for gwen. turned out she was the pro pianist wth! haha (: oh and did i mention i loved the drums. the beats were so crisp and clear. yeah i love drums/drummers depending on the situation lol.

anyway aft the concert went to meet manda gwen wq. sorry for not getting you all anyth ): haha i sent the pics to yall alr! go check go check :D oh ya saw a couple of L class ppl who went to support wq (:

took 76 home and reached home at 2315 haha. thanks mum who waited at the bus stop :D i still wanted to shop at parkway cos i thought the performance would end at around 9. but we dragged until 2240 lol, camwhoring and stuff. anyway i think the shops would've all closed at night -.-
