been thinking a lot while doing the introduction for my portfolio. i think everything starts and ends in a full circle.

see, it somehow started long ago that i loved nature a lot (and i still do). i love the sun, the sea and the sky. i loved every tree, every animal on this earth and can't stand anyone who tries to take a teeny weeny life *ahem*, beetle in a bottle *ahem* i love the wind, the smell of dew, the cooling rain. and it's not an exaggeration.

then i got into photography cos of zt, and cos i felt good taking pictures (esp of nature). and maybe it's cos life's so imperfect that i needed to create a 'perfect' world for myself. so photography started to be the avenue in which i put my feelings into to create another world.

i'm not sure which came first, travelling or photography. but i sure love travelling. photography just made the passion stronger. when i go overseas, i'm not just a plain ol' kid taking pics just for the sake of taking pics, mind you. it's just that the feeling's there when i take pics overseas. the culture and the feeling is totally different. the places are different, even the plants and the weather there are different.

also, travelling made me gain more exposure to nature as well as different types of people. and i could fulfill my hobby as well. there, the circle is complete. i seriously want to go overseas. esp new zealand, but anywhere is fine. i want snow. i want cherry blossoms. i want maple leaves. i want a place where the weather/ culture/ people are totally different from that of Singapore. rah.

okay, i think i've never blogged something so professional before. think i'm in the mood of doing my introduction already :D
