whoo i'm so exhausted now O: did 6 hours of cip at peace connect. lol but got slack sometimes lah. darn fun! but tiring. it was worth it lah, new experience mah (: never painted houses before (:
haha at first zt scared me by telling me she couldn't go ): lol then i was smsing her cos i was so scared lah. lol. but she came! yay! lihui was in charge (: then got ppl from all levels lah. we walked for about five mins then reached! didn't expect the place to be filled with elderly folks. thought it's a cc or smth. yep but the person said it's a centre for kids, youths & elderly.
me & xx paired up to paint sunshine corner! :D haha brown & yellow. started painting the people brown (turned out to be either gingerbread men / chimpanzees lol) then used roller to paint down. & xx macho painted yellow on the higher walls. at first a lot of old folks came to talk to us. they thought we're from nafa or smth -.- i draw until so nice meh -.-
halfway i was hungry like shit then i asked lihui if i could eat -.- then she announced it was lunch (: thanks! haha. lunch was charsiew rice -.- i took darn long to eat as usual ): then was back to work! continued painting the people & touching up the yellow. & white for the kena-ed spots.
sounds real easy but it's not! even painting 3 human figures is so muscle constraining, imagine using rollers esp for the top part -.- then turned out we had to paint
2 more walls O: means 2 colors half half + white.
couldn't find the brown paint tray but got the whole paint can. then me & zt were digging the paint out onto the roller -.- used brush etc to paint O: bleh. then the other wall sk helped me! whoa she damn pro sia used only little paint for a huge part of the wall (: eeyer halfway through the rubbish chute was purging out lotsa
smelly sewage water O: & the whole place was
flooded & stinked. ): even our newspapers kena lah.
went the elderly exercise corner to play the stuffs there (: darn fun haha but never tried the swing. got treadmill + cycling thing + weightlifter (you lift your own weight lol) leh! at last we took a photo at the biggest wall there (: went home with sk & zt (:
