tough pt / 11:20 AM

went changi airport tdae for some dumb maths trail. damn nt fun. i shall nt describe the process lyk wd i did to the hike. =p its only AFTER the trail tt's 'important'. the damn xtra tcher. treat us lyk kids when debriefing us. =p boring until i slept. almost evryone did lah. zzz

well. TDAES THE BIG DAY. HAPPI BDAE TO ME. ((:

tdae's pt was the toughest. i dno y. it's lyk normal pt tho. my stamina's bad i think. sigh. tough until i almost vomitted.

aft changi airport trail went 2b fr camp prep. onli 30 mins cos v late liao. did deco fr shorts. slack lah. aft tt i volunteered to bring back home and sew blue straps on ALL 16 SHORTS. tdae sew 9. sigh. well actually most work done by maid. haha thnx aunty. lol.

aft tt gt pt. die man. run 6 rounds. I FINALLY RAN 6 ROUNDS!! GOOD JOB FOR ME. [tt's wd /th said. lol.] altho field onli lah but still BIG IMPROVEMENT. haha. w/o falling out or wd. wow thnx to eunice she kip 'jiayou'ing me. haha. yea aft tt water break. didn't drink cos v breathless. ran back to obs course. girls style position and obs course. i almost guo the rope leh. left a few cm then can alrdy. but tt time legs realli had no strength. felt lyk falling dwn so i jst came dwn. shermaine let me pass. gt rope burns. sigh.

the wall i was stuck in mid air. guess too tired. then guess wd. halfway i jst gave up hanging in mid air and jus hoisted myself onto the wall. dno how i did tt. sigh. n came dwn lah. i find sth v weird. evrytime during practice at recess, i dont dare to do alot of stuff. lyk the rope and wall last time. din dare to climb up rope and drop dwn wall. but during the actually obs course, i sudd can do evrything. sth's weird abt dis dumb weirdo blogging dis post rite now. IM A WEIRD GENIUS. haha.

aft tt girls style, boys style den leg race. got up tt time felt lyk vomitting. i dno lah altho its lyk normal pt. but i still felt lyk fainting when running to 2b. told yunjing den i went toilet. USELESS ME. Y DO I KEEP VOMITTING WHEN I DONT WANT TO? WHEN PT IS NT EVEN TOUGH. sigh.
